Luxurious black spotlight - Ben

The design of the Ben is simple, sleek and timeless. The surface-mounted spotlight is very easy to apply in all interior styles because of its black finish. The silver holder for the light source is a nice contrast to the black fixture. This gives Ben a beautiful detail and makes this spot a real eye-catcher in your home.

Technical aspects

The Ben has a length and width of 140 mm and a height of 86 mm. The surface-mounted spotlight is connected directly to the mains and can be operated simply by means of a wall switch.

The surface-mounted spotlight has an IP20 protection rating and is therefore suitable for indoor use. Please note that due to this protection value, the Ben is not suitable for use in damp spaces.

Surface mounted spotlight with GU10 fitting

Ben has a GU10 fitting and can handle up to 50 watts (light source not included). Depending on the chosen light source, the recessed spot is dimmable by means of an external dimmer (not included). Are you looking for a dimmer? Then take a look at our wall dimmers.

For the GU10 light sources, you can choose from:

• 2700K GU10 lamps: Warm white light color, suitable for atmospheric catering establishments, the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
• 4000K GU10 lamps: White light color, suitable for areas where good visibility is important, such as offices and conference rooms.
• Dim-to-warm GU10 lamps: With these lamps, the light color changes from 2700K (warm white) to 2200K (extra warm white/candlelight). This way you are flexible in the light effect. The extra warm white light fits well when you want to create a cozy atmosphere, and the warm white color can also be functional when reading a book, for example.
  
• Slim GU10 lamps: A smart lamp that you can control with your smartphone. The app is free and is called 'Smart Life'. The app works on Android, iOS and is also compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Through the app, you can determine the color and brightness of the spotlight and have the spotlight dimmed.
