The connector can be used to combine two festoon belts and is compatible with all our festoon belts.
By connecting two festoon belts, the need for an additional power supply is negated.
This crosswise connector is easy to install because it is not necessary to expose the wiring. The crosswise connector is equipped with two copper pins which can be used to pierce the festoon belts and their wiring. The pins puncture through the rubber casing of the festoon belt, come in contact with the copper wiring and extend the circuit. The crosswise connector is ideal for making branches along your main festoon belt. For example: when using a festoon belt of 20 meters, several 5 meters branches could be attached, to create a light tree. The plugs of the attached branches would need to be removed and exchanged with end caps.
